DIGITAL MARKETING

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a content strategy for our website, blog, social media, newsletters, and other channels.
• Run ads on Google and you must know about bidding strategy, target audience, keyword research, conversions, ranking ad on top and absolute top of the page, competitor analysis, etc., and generate potential leads.
• Manage social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Posts-Engagement on social media’s account
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.)
• Manage social media marketing campaigns, manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic, targeting.)
• Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization.
• Design, and create e-brochures, banners, flyers, advertising materials and other graphic artworks for the company plans.

Skills:

• Familiarity with web design and development.
• Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels.
• Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Team player.
• Good time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills; well-versed in English.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven working experience in the social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.

REAL ESTATE AGENT

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Be updated on all developers’ projects.
• Conduct research and analysis of the property market.
• Identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin.
• Scout and identify investors with property consultancy needs.
• Schedule property viewing with the potential clients.
• Prepare a daily action plan and set a regular target.
• Prepare and present business proposals to convince/Advise clients and secure a deal.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property market, laws, and policies.
• Build and establish good working relationships with the prospects and buyers.
• Evaluate the objectives of an investor to identify their needs and requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one-year sales experience (off-plan Properties) in Dubai
• Strong negotiation skills
• Experience in offering expert customer service to clients.
• Strong market awareness and Clientele History
• A high degree of commitment and an independent way of working
• Excellent English skills are mandatory (Read / Write /Speak)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of team spirit/Confident and professional appearance
• RERA Certified is a plus.
• UAE Driving License is Mandatory
• Candidate who can speak English (Arabic, French, Russian, Chinese) is a plus.
